Alexander Winery produces wine vinegar from the winery’s grapes using a traditional method. The vinegar derives from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Grenache and Mourvèdre. You can also buy olive oil of the highest quality, unfiltered and produced by cold pressing, from the large Souri olives grown in the Upper Galilee which produce an oil rich in taste and aroma.
Homemade comfiture is a recent addition produced by the winery’s vintner. These jams are becoming well known for their unique flavors, produced from fruit that grows near the vineyards, and blended with unique spices.
