Alexander Winery hosts La Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs
La Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is an international gastronomic society among the oldest in the world. The society comprises professionals from the world of cuisine and hosting, including leading international and local chefs from the highest ranking and important hotels and prestigious restaurants worldwide with non-professional members who love fine dining and uncompromising quality and who appreciate the world of gourmet foods, wines and meals. We were not surprised when the society chose Alexander Winery to host their enjoyment of quality wines and professional tasting together with a tour of the winery.
